    Send five to eight recent photographs separately from your purchase email after submitting the questionnaire.

    BEGIN THE SEVEN-DAY PERIOD

    Once the intake and usable material are confirmed complete, the seven-business-day production period begins. Your protected PDF is sent to your purchase email, with the password sent separately.

The free Typeform does not accept files. Send only the requested photographs by email, never by Instagram DM. Do not include identity documents, financial records, health information or unrelated private material. Photographs are scheduled for deletion 30 days after report delivery.
