INFORMATION RECEIVED

The information depends on the route you choose. It may include:

• Your name, email address, location, time zone and the context you place in an enquiry or access request.
• Your Instagram handle, message and any contact detail you choose to provide when requesting a free resource.
• Order, product, delivery and support information made available through Beacons after a purchase.
• Basic technical information processed by hosting and security systems, such as IP address, browser, device, request and timestamp data.
• Questionnaire answers submitted through Typeform for The Authority Report™ or The Private Edit™.
• Requested photographs or supporting material sent separately by email after purchase.

Keep necessary transaction or support records, meet applicable obligations and protect the service from misuse.

The legal basis depends on the route and may be steps taken at your request, performance of an agreement, consent, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. The current THVE access request does not make an automated acceptance decision.

SERVICES AND SHARING

Information is shared only where needed for the route you use. Relevant categories may include website hosting and security, email, Beacons checkout and delivery, Instagram, and Typeform for the active questionnaire routes.

These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Some may process data outside your country. Provider-specific transfer and safeguard information will be updated when the final scheduling stack is activated.

The Authority Report™ and Private Edit™ questionnaires use Typeform. The current free forms do not accept file uploads. THVE does not sell access-request answers, questionnaire answers or private client materials.

PHOTOGRAPHS & CLIENT MATERIALS

Do not send identity documents, financial records, health information or unrelated private material through Typeform, email, the access-request form or Instagram direct messages.

If photographs or contextual material are needed for agreed private work, THVE will first explain what is required, why it is required and where to provide it. Unless you give separate, specific permission, private client materials are used only to deliver the agreed work and are not used for publicity, portfolio content or training.

For The Authority Report™, submit the questionnaire in Typeform, then send only the requested photographs separately from the email address used for purchase. For The Private Edit™, use the same sequence for any requested supporting material. Ordinary email is not a dedicated encrypted upload vault, so send only what is necessary. The completed Authority Report is sent as a password-protected PDF, and the password is sent separately.

RETENTION

Information is kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, provide the agreed product or service, handle support, protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The period therefore depends on the type of information and the reason it was received.

For The Authority Report™, submitted photographs are scheduled for deletion from THVE's active working systems 30 days after report delivery. Order, questionnaire, delivery and support records may be retained for longer where they are needed to provide the service, resolve a request or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Typeform, Beacons and email providers apply their own retention and technical backup rules. Their own privacy notices also apply when you use those services.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to ask what information is held about you, receive a copy, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, request portability, or withdraw consent for future use.

Send a clear request to thehighvalueedit@thehighvalueedit.com. THVE may ask for enough information to verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority for the processing concerned.

SECURITY & YOUR CHOICES

Use only the route provided for the specific purpose. Email and social-media messages are not dedicated encrypted upload vaults, so send no sensitive or unnecessary material. Never send client material by Instagram DM. No online system can promise absolute security.

THVE has not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics service to the current Site. Hosting providers may still use essential technical storage and logs to deliver and secure the website. If non-essential cookies or marketing analytics are introduced, this notice and any required controls will be updated first.
